Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your MASCAS account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

You can delete your account in either of these ways

  • In the MASCAS app, open Profile and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

What happens when you delete

  • Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.
  • Your profile is removed from active use and permanently deleted after 30 days.
  • To use MASCAS again you will need to register as a new user.

What data is deleted

  • Your profile details (name, email, phone number, profile photo).
  • Saved addresses and location data.
  • Account credentials and push-notification tokens.

What data is kept, and for how long

  • Booking, payment and invoice records are retained as required by tax, accounting and legal obligations (up to 8 years), then deleted.
  • Retained financial records are de-identified from your profile where possible.
